Shanti Shanti Nepal; Focusing on Nepalese Handicrafts
We sell fairly traded clothes for men and women, handicrafts, felt items, blankets, wall hangings and many other items from Nepal, with a beautiful selection from our travels in India. Colourful and unique, if you love high quality festival stalls with timeless pieces you'll love us.
We pride ourselves on being fairly priced with something to appeal to all ages.

From Kathmndu, Nepal, the city of a thousand lanterns
For several years now we've worked closely with several suppliers in Kathmandu, so closely that now we're related, a truly family business! We work together to create new and exciting designs while honouring traditional crafts(wo)manship, enduring quality and fair prices.

To the hills of Richmond, North Yorkshire
And several festivals and markets in the North of England and Scotland. Vibrant displays of colour and pattern have been Linda's USP on the festival scene. In October 2020 she was delighted to take on her wee gem of a store on the Frenchgate in Richmond, North Yorks. Lockdown has given time to focus on setting up an online store which supports and compliments our other outlets.

To anywhere in the world with our new offspring ...Online shopping with Shanti Shanti Nepal
We are pleased to collaborate with Linda at Shanti Shanti Colours of Nepal, and, in keeping with her style, keep it in the family. We are here to offer you access to the full range, of quality designs, and products so carefully curated and presented by Linda over the years.

Fundraiser alert; Goat Zooming
We saw it in the news and thought wow that's innovative, we can do that!
We asked the goats and they're cool with it. As long as we use the money to raise funds for a health post in our village of Pandey Gau, Suryamati, Nuwakot, Nepal.
Seriously though a lack of access to available health care can have fatal implications in our village. It's a dream of ours to change that. And with the goats help (and yours) we can!
For £5 donation one of our Capricious friends can either; drop in on your meeting for five minutes, send you a recording of them being goaty, record an e-card or be filmed eating a message of your wording.
(Our goats are 5hours 45minutes ahead of UK time so be mindful of that when booking, they do like to sleep from 6pm Nepali time zzzz)
